StripTease Racing

StripTease II is a 1969 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. It was originally imported from california in 2002 and passed through 2 owners before being part exchanged with my 1965 splitscreen pick-up in April 2004. It is currently running a 2276cc, the car was IRS'd from factory with a 1500 gearbox and is still utilising standard running gear apart from a few mods here and there!

Before owning the Ghia, I campaigned a 1965 beetle in the VW Sportsman class of the VWDRC for 2 years, before selling the car on in december 2003.

StripTease was a 1965 Volkswagen beetle with standard running gear and a stock 1300 gearbox.
We ran 5.5 Centreline replicas all round with 205/65/15 Pirelli P6000's on the back and 145/55/15's up front. The car was fitted with a 1914cc engine and ran a best time of 14.01 and crossed the line at 92mph.
